Communication
Have any questions? We love questions, send them our way! Our main form of communication is text. It’s the absolute best way to get a hold of us, especially when blow dryers are running. You can also email us or call by phone. Our hours of communication are typically 8-3 Tuesday-Saturday.
Confirmation
We require confirmation 48 hours in advance. Please confirm by email, phone or text to keep your appointment. We really appreciate your consideration.
Credit Card
We require a credit card on file when booking all hair color services & specialty services. We also ask for a card on file for any guests that have a no show or late cancel. This policy helps us to reduce no show appointments. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation
If you need to cancel for any reason, please give us 48 hours notice. We really appreciate it so that we can fill that spot. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Guests that do not show up to their appointments or cancel same day of the appointment will be charged for the full service. Thank you letting us know in advance when something comes up!
Late Arrival
We understand that things come up and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. If arriving past your appointment time we may need to shorten, change or reschedule your service so that a late arrival does not affect other client appointments.
adjustment
We love happy guests! If you need an adjustment on a service, please give us a call within 7 days of your service to schedule an adjustment appointment. For color modifications, we do ask for photos or an in person consultation in order to schedule appropriately.
Vish Color Scale
At Murraki, we thoughtfully measure and customize all color and treatment products to suit your hair’s unique needs. Each service includes a standard product allocation. If additional product is required to achieve your desired result, a custom product allocation may be added. This approach allows us to personalize your service, ensure optimal results, and reduce unnecessary waste.
Thick or Long Hair
Extra long or thick hair needs lots of love, products, and may need extra time! If you have very long or thick hair (or both) please let us know so we can add time and an extra time charge to your appointment.
Additional Guests
We ask you to please limit guests to those receiving a salon service. We work with chemicals and sharp implements, so this allows us the space to work with our scheduled guests safely and comfortably.
PLEASE NO CHILDREN
We value our salon being a sanctuary for adults to relax and unwind from their stresses. We also have several hot tools and sharp items that could be dangerous to children who are momentarily unattended. For this reason we do not allow children.
If you bring a child with you to your salon service, you will kindly be asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to the Same-Day Cancelation fee.
We do not offer child hair services or child pricing. Mature youths 12+ who are able to sit alone for their appointments will be serviced and priced the same as adults.
A thorough consultation with the guardian of anyone under 18 must take place before we conduct any services.
SICK / FEELING UNWELL
If you are sick or have symptoms, please notify us so we can reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive at your appointment and appear sick, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Your satisfaction is our priority, we are happy to offer any adjustments needed within a seven day window of your initial appointment.
We do not offer refunds on services, products, or extension hair sales.
