APPOINTMENT NOTIFICATIONS
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation text. As your visit approaches, we’ll send reminder messages to help keep everything on track. A quick reply is all it takes to reserve your appointment time.
APPOINTMENT CONFIMATIONS
To ensure a seamless experience, we ask that appointments be confirmed 24–48 hours before your visit. You can confirm by text, email, or phone—whatever is most convenient for you.

Questions? We’re here to help. Our team is available daily from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
OUR LOCATION
Nestled between Downtown Boise and Historic Old Boise, Murraki Salon is surrounded by tree-lined streets, local boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and some of the city’s most charming historic architecture.
Whether you’re grabbing a coffee, browsing a local shop, or simply enjoying a stroll through downtown, we hope your visit feels like a small escape from the day-to-day.
You’ll find us in the free-standing white building with the mural on the side and the signature black-and-white striped awning.
PARKING
Street parking and nearby garages are available throughout the area. We also have two complimentary guest parking spaces located on the east side of the building. If they’re open when you arrive, feel free to grab one!
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled and enjoy Downtown Boise before your appointment.

When you arrive, our Front Desk Team will warmly welcome you and help you settle into your experience.
Enjoy a complimentary snack or beverage while you relax, catch up on emails, browse our curated home care collection, or simply take a moment for yourself. Our shelves feature professional products we know and trust, including Redken, Goldie Locks, Mizani, and K18.
We want your time with us to feel comfortable, unrushed, and like a small break from the demands of everyday life.
AMENITIES
Your comfort is part of the experience. Enjoy complimentary hot or iced coffee, tea, sparkling water, and a selection of sweet, salty, and protein-packed snacks during your visit.
Need to work? We offer phone chargers, lap desks, and Wi-Fi to help you stay productive. Need a break? Request a Silent Service experience for a quieter, more relaxing visit.
