When I first opened Murraki, my vision was actually quite simple.

I wanted to create a place where my guests could continue to receive exceptional care, even if I wasn’t the one standing behind the chair. After years of building relationships with my clientele, I wanted to know that if life ever took me in a different direction, they would still have a salon home where they felt heard, valued, and cared for with the same attention to detail I had always worked to provide.

What I didn’t realize was how much opening a salon would change me.

Building Murraki challenged me in ways I never expected. It pushed me into a lifelong journey of personal growth, self-awareness, and leadership. I quickly learned that creating a great guest experience isn’t just about technical skill. It starts with the people providing it.

As I grew, my vision for Murraki grew too.

Today, I’m passionate about creating a culture where continuous growth is valued, where difficult conversations aren’t avoided, and where we are willing to do the work that helps us become better professionals, teammates, and human beings. I believe that when we invest in ourselves, we show up more fully for the people around us—including every guest who trusts us with their hair.

At Murraki, our commitment goes far beyond beautiful hair. We believe everyone deserves a space to be heard and hair that gives them the confidence to succeed. That means creating an environment where guests feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

 I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and the community that continues to trust us with not only their hair, but often some of life’s biggest moments.
