CARD ON FILE / DEPOSIT POLICY

All guests must have a debit or a credit card on file to secure an appointment. A member of our staff will reach out to collect your information on our secure payment portal.

First time Murraki Salon guests with appointments scheduled for 3+ hours will require a $100 deposit.

In the event of a last minute cancellation or no show, the card on file will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We do offer a full pre-pay option to reserve appointments for anyone who is unable to place a card on file.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

We understand things come up, and we value and honor your time. For your convenience, appointments may be rescheduled or adjusted at any time 48 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment.

To respect the scheduling/ earning opportunities of our stylists, we require a card placed on file in accordance with our cancellation policy. We will only apply charges in instances when our cancellation policy is violated. Charges will be applied as the terms listed here.

Cancellations within 48 hrs of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Same-day cancellations, rescheduling and appointments that result in a no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount and will be required to secure future bookings with a deposit.

Guests who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the same day cancellation fee.

If a deposit is on file and the guest reschedules within 48hr that deposit may be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

If the guest same-day cancels or no-shows the appointment the deposit will be forfeited.

PLEASE NO CHILDREN

We value our salon being a sanctuary for adults to relax and unwind from their stresses. We also have several hot tools and sharp items that could be dangerous to children who are momentarily unattended. For this reason we do not allow children.

If you bring a child with you to your salon service, you will kindly be asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to the Same-Day Cancelation fee.

We do not offer child hair services or child pricing. Mature youths 12+ who are able to sit alone for their appointments will be serviced and priced the same as adults.

A thorough consultation with the guardian of anyone under 18 must take place before we conduct any services.

SICK / COVID-19 POLICY

If you are sick or have symptoms, please notify us so we can reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive at your appointment and appear sick, the appointment will be cancelled.

If you have been exposed to someone positive with Covid-19 please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment two weeks out. We can schedule you for a sooner opening if you receive a negative test.

Your satisfaction is our priority, we are happy to offer any adjustments needed within a seven day window of your initial appointment.

We do not offer refunds on services, products, or extension hair sales.
